Dr. Irina Francken has been trained as a scientist in physics and mathematics for many years in Moscow where she has obtained her PhD. After a successful career she has retired from her research and university job in 1993 by starting a new phase in her study and business. She has been actively involved in the IN Fiduciary Services’ business since 1994. In 2012 she obtained the Diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and was registered as an official Russian interpreter with the Supreme Court of Singapore.
From 1994 she was involved in the international trade providing management and administration in reviewing and preparing sales and purchase contracts. She provided compliance advice to trading companies on regulatory requirements, internal policies, and formulation solutions to support ongoing business activities and expansion.
From 1998 Irina works as a director of IN Fiduciary Services Limited a company offering private international trustee services from its offices in New Zealand and Singapore to clients internationally. She specialises in services to Asian business ladies who want to structure their assets so as to best look after the next generation.
Irina is a full member of STEP, a registered professional trustee with the NZ Trustee Association (RT), a member of the International Tax Planning Association and an associate member of the Singapore Trustees Association. She served as Philanthropy Adviser in the Special Interest Group committee, STEP for 6 years. Irina is directly involved in a number of charities throughout Asia and a founder of Sinar Chahaya Solusi Indonesia, social enterprise in the island Bintan. She also is a member of the Fundraising Institute New Zealand (FINZ) specialising in assisting her clients in making the right and most effective charitable donations. Irina is active Rotarian and served in the Board of Director of RC of Singapore for number of years.
Sally Risacotta van Aalst joined our business in 2001. She studied finance, hospitality management and business administration, both in Indonesia and in New Zealand.
Sally is a compliance officer and corporate administrator for IN Fiduciary Services Group. She has a valuable knowledge and experience in creating, implementing, and monitoring client’s due diligence and compliance frameworks. She has an in-depth knowledge of AML/CFT requirements and is flexible in reviewing policies, procedures, and controls. Sally is responsible for our group corporate administration and client relationships. She is based in our office in Dunedin, New Zealand.
Sally works with the Indonesian Embassy in New Zealand, representing Indonesia and its people within the Otago region in New Zealand. She is also involved in philanthropy in Indonesia whereby she formed a social enterprise and acts as a director. Sally has a vision of improving the quality of life for women and she empowers Indonesian women from Bintan island to work and to boost their income and change their lives for better.
Mrs Joyce Kew, a registered accountant of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Fellow Member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. Joyce is the Tax Director of CA Practice PAC and has over 30 years of experience in taxation. She gained her experience from the Singapore Inland Revenue Department, an international accounting firm and a multi-national public listed company before joining CA Practice PAC. She specialises in tax planning, tax advisory, cross-border tax and tax compliance work for both corporations and individuals. Her experience covers a wide range of industries including trading, manufacturing, aviation industry, high-technology industry, construction industry, travel and tour industry, oil and gas industry, and the hotel and services industry. Joyce provides services to IN Fiduciary Group since 2002.
Zenith Kew is a Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (Non- practicing) and a member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University.
Zenith is the Manager of CA PRACTICE PAC and has over 7 years of experience in audit, taxation and digitalisation advisory for diversified industries and listed companies. He has gained his experience from one of the Big Four accounting firms before joining CA PRACTICE PAC.
His experience covers trading, manufacturing, high- technology industry, construction industry, oil and gas industry, hotel and services industry, healthcare (public and private), VWOs and fund management.
Hans van Batenburg MBA CPA has been active in many multinational and multicultural organizations. Hans joined the IN Fiduciary Services Group as business development director in Europe.
From 1984-1990 he was a director of TIP Trailer Europe Ltd and initially responsible for all corporate, investment and tax planning issues related to an MBO in 1985 and subsequent successful listing on the London and Amsterdam stock exchanges in 1987.
In 1990 he left TIP Europe and started his own business as a consultant and interim manager with C&B International in the Netherlands, he became managing partner and left this company at the end of 2009 to enjoy a sailing sabbatical in 2010. All this gave him 20 years of global experience in Asset Rental and Leasing, Corporate Finance, Trading, Production, Recycling, Logistics, Oil Storage and Trading, Publishing, Financial services, Treasury, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Pension fund management and Trust Services.
After his sabbatical he started in 2011 an executive mangement service company Klaver 4 Business Solutions and at the same time gained more knowledge and experience in (corporate) governance, mediation, coaching and comunication.
Hans is experienced with a wide range of complicated and growing organizations in challenging, national- and multinational environments and is capable to implement and organize issues within limited time frames.
